As an API Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting APIs that power our products and services.What you'll do : Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using TypeScriptCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements (PRDs) and translate them into technical specifications.Write clear, concise, and well-structured code and tests that adhere to best practices and coding standardsCreation and maintenance of database tables;Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Test and debug APIs to ensure they meet quality and performance requirementsDocument API endpoints, parameters, and responses using OpenAPI / Swagger or equivalent toolsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in API developmentRequirements : What we're looking for : Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScriptUnderstanding of RESTful API design principles and best practicesFamiliarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB)Ability to write clear and concise technical documentationExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsA passion for building high-quality softwareBonus Points : Knowledge of AWS cloud platformExperience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practicesContributions to open-source projectsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIT Services and IT Consulting
