Location & Remote WorkOur Growth team works in a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil.

We also have the option to use the offices in São Paulo or our partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the TeamYour mission as a Growth Intelligence Specialist will be to provide insights over marketing diagnosis, support the development of improvement levers and act to implement actions with the objective of optimizing marketplace ROI and increasing QuintoAndar's Market Share.

RequirementsNative Portuguese, advanced in EnglishMinimum 4 years experience in the area of analysis / business intelligenceHighly structured : can breakdown very complex problems into manageable, less complex pieces and work on themSelf-organized person that can drive own workstreamsExcellent problem solving abilities and ability to drive insight from dataAbility to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence othersDeal with high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.)

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze main KPIs' performance in volume and efficiency - in business, city, channel and campaign granularities - to ensure goals achievementsDevelop analytical frameworks and models to support decision-making processes related to investment allocation within the MarketplaceConduct diagnostics to recommend and identify levers for reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and optimizing profitabilityPresent acquisition funnel improvement opportunities to main stakeholders (marketing, product, and operations)Collaborate with user acquisition channel teams to operationalize the proposed macro-level strategiesOversee the governance of investment adjustment decisions to ensure the tracking and monitoring of projected resultsSupport growth initiatives short-term and mid-term strategy planning
