We're building a diverse team and are looking for the best mix of talents to drive our marketing innovation forward.This Is How You'll Win Us OverEducation : Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field.Experience & SkillsSeveral years of experience in marketing or development operations or a similar technical role.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Power Automation platform.Expertise in AI-assisted content creation tools and workflow development with a proven portfolio, ideally or similar, which moves past simple prompting to automation and enrichment to enable scalable marketing operations.Experience in process improvement and scaling operations in a global context.Solid understanding of data management principles and extensive experience with data lake systems like Snowflake.Advanced knowledge of API integrations, cybersecurity best practices as well as advanced programming portfolio with multiple language proficiency.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, highly organized with a methodical mindset, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a multilingual, multicultural, fully digital environment.Languages : Fluency in English required, additional language skills highly desired.You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
