- Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Master product expertise and training processes, ensuring you stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Develop an outstanding understanding of our products and offer outstanding product training and technical support to the sales team and distributors.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and successfully implement strategic plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other customer-facing activities.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their diverse needs.
- Partner with the Regional Market team to analyze competitor activities and market trends, advising on product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Support market research to find opportunities and challenges, working with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to local markets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals at various levels.
- Collect customer feedback to advise product development and improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other significant events.
- Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
- Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a product specialist or in a similar role within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Brazilian healthcare market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as required, with availability to travel 50% of the working time.
