The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer Manager with strong experience in B2B software, enterprise UX, technical product design, and SaaS or cybersecurity platforms.

This role is perfect for a hands-on design leader who enjoys solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and shipping scalable, intuitive product experiences in fast-paced startup environments. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across US-based SaaS teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full end-to-end product design process : discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Design complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS product interfaces, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency across all product areas.
• Stay up to date with cybersecurity, UX trends, B2B user behavior, and enterprise design best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, critique, and team leadership.
