About the Role

Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning materials to support internal teams and partners. The focus will be on creating scalable, engaging learning experiences for product readiness, systems / process training, and ongoing enablement programs.

This role requires a self-sufficient professional with strong creative design capabilities and advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate can quickly adapt, work independently, and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, and other instructional content using Articulate Storyline and multimedia tools.
• Manage multiple training projects, including systems / process training and product or solution readiness.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to ensure engaging and measurable learning outcomes.
• Define content strategy and deliver final assets for publishing.
• Track learner engagement and performance, using analytics and feedback to improve materials.
• Stay up to date with instructional design trends and emerging technologies.
