We are seeking an exceptional Localization Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving localization excellence by collaborating with project managers and external translation providers to ensure the highest linguistic and cultural quality of content.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with project managers and external translation providers to ensure the highest linguistic and cultural quality of content.

2. Review vendor-delivered content and provide linguistic feedback to uphold quality standards.

3. Develop and maintain a robust terminology database and style guides to ensure linguistic consistency and enhance translation quality.

4. Establish quality benchmarks for product copy and conduct ongoing linguistic research to refine key vocabulary and ensure alignment with local market expectations.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback and ensure that the language experience remains natural, engaging, and user-friendly.

Requirements :

• Native Portuguese speaker with extensive experience living and working in Brazil, fluent in business communication in English.
• Degree in language or localization-related fields, with strong professional language skills.
• 3+ years of experience in English-Brazilian Portuguese translation, interpretation, or localization.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at coordinating with local teams and building strong, trust-based relationships.
