Job Summary

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.

This role requires a data-driven and creative professional with experience in performance-based advertising, lead generation, and ROI optimization.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns (PPC, display, social, etc.).

Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and audience targeting.

Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling ad creatives.

Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable insights and reports.

Stay current with platform updates and best practices.

Conduct A / B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversions.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.

Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels.

Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking / attribution.

Solid analytical skills and experience with reporting dashboards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
