What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead sales and marketing efforts for the region, focusing on community sales team productivity and occupancy goals
Coach and train sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed budgeted goals
Conduct regular community visits to assess team dynamics and ensure effective sales processes
Report on sales activities and results to regional operations leaders and Division President
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations / Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Five years of selling experience in a dynamic environment; senior living experience is a plus
At least three years of experience in a multi-community / regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
Must be willing to travel to a multi-state portfolio
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence sales teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in senior living sales management
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales process optimization
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing team performance
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and competition
Ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs
