SoftAge is hiring Mechanical / Industrial Engineers with strong CAD skills to support an AI design project. You’ll work on real CAD tasks, record your steps, and help develop next-generation AI design models.

What You’ll Do

Create and review CAD models in Fusion 360 / SolidWorks

Record design actions and workflows

Provide feedback on existing models

Follow task guidelines with internal teams

What You Need

Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Design

Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360 or SolidWorks)

Clear design intent & workflow documentation

Bonus : Experience in design annotation or AI data work

Pay & Benefits

Earn $35 per hour of audit accepted recoding
