🌎 Remote IT Recruiter – Focus on US & Canadian Market | Long-Term Opportunity
We are a specialized recruiting agency focused on connecting top-tier IT professionals with companies across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to deliver quality-driven, structured recruitment services that meet the specific needs of our international clients.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
- Collaborate closely with clients in the US and Canada to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates
- Proactively source and engage IT professionals via platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Conduct technical screenings with candidates, leveraging your own coding knowledge to ask and understand programming-related questions
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate records in our database / ATS
