Job Description : As a seasoned technology professional, you will play a key role in leading our team of engineers in the development and maintenance of classic C# desktop applications.

Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of our M365 migration strategy.

Technical Leadership : Provide strategic direction and oversight to the engineering team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Windows Desktop Development : Utilize your extensive knowledge of Windows desktop development with C# / .

NET, including WPF, WinForms, or Win32 APIs, to design and implement innovative solutions.Microsoft Office Integration : Develop Microsoft Office integrations (VSTO, COM Interop, or Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, Outlook) to enhance the user experience and improve productivity.Enterprise Authentication Systems : Work closely with the team to design and implement enterprise authentication systems such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Azure Active Directory.Email Protocols : Develop and maintain email protocols (IMAP, SMTP, Exchange Web Services, Microsoft Graph) to ensure seamless communication between systems.Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of at least 5 engineers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.Installer / Deployment Technologies : Utilize installer / deployment technologies (WiX, MSI, or MSIX) to streamline the deployment process and ensure smooth transitions.Benefits : We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, national holidays celebrated, sick leave, refundable annual credit, team-building activities, birthday day off, and more.
