Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Latin American power and non‑power engineering contracting industry, analyze industry trends, and gather project information.
• Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with government entities, project owners, and partners.
• Project Development: Identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and drive project development efforts.
• Market Support: Provide comprehensive market support for business development, project bidding, and promotional activities.
• Event Organization: Plan, organize, and participate in conferences, seminars, and other industry‑related events to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Experience in business development within the power or engineering industry, with familiarity in photovoltaic (PV), gas turbines, energy storage, or related sectors being a strong advantage.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
• Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Professional Ethics: Passionate about work, proactive, diligent, and possess strong professional ethics and integrity.
