Job Title : Operations Manager">
Key Responsibilities : Execute and maintain operational workflows for cross-border payments, including fiat and stablecoin transactions, and virtual asset services provider (VASP) activities.Monitor transaction costs, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable / receivable, cash flow tracking, and crypto / stablecoin fund movements.Maintain detailed records of all virtual asset activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls, including know-your-business (KYB), know-your-customer (KYC), and anti-money laundering (AML) checks, reporting, and audit readiness.Coordinate with banking partners, over-the-counter (OTC) desks, and internal teams to guarantee smooth settlement, reconciliation, and liquidity management.Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational tools to support business growth, ensuring reliability and consistency across markets.Requirements : A minimum of three years of experience in operations, financial operations, or cryptocurrency-related back-office roles, preferably in fintech or web3 environments.A solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Proficiency in English; fluency in Portuguese is desirable, while proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is an added advantage.What We Offer : A competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.The chance to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology and make a significant impact in the industry.
