Develop solutions using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities : ">
