A platform that connects and engages all indirect channel stakeholders ( Industry, Distributors, Sales Representatives and Indirect Retail owners).
Main responsibilities : Define strategies and lead a platform evolution to raise participants engagement through Digital and CRM;Conducting briefing and debriefing process together with Retail Marketing and agencies;Evolve Interactive Experiences, Integrated Digital Channels and Emotional ConnectionUsing data and analytics to understand audience insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies to achieve specific goals;Control of budget and spends in together with participants performance;Manage a 2 people team(Assistant and Intern);Manage 2 agencies people defining sprints and deliverablesBasic requirements : Bachelor's DegreeEnglish : Advanced (is desirable)CRM and Digital Activation knowledgeExperience with agile methodologies or leading projectWe Prefer...Experience in loyalty or incentive programsEmerging technologies(AI, LLMs) enthusiastExperience indirect trade channelProficiency on Data and Analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau / Data studio / Domo)Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $ - $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
