OverviewRoofr is looking for an experienced Inbound SDR with a background in driving sales and developing new business opportunities.

You will lead all inbound sales inquiries and help define and improve sales processes to provide white glove experience for our customers.At Roofr, we're obsessed with our customers.

We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need.

We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals.

It's an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.What Youinish to DoLearn about Roofr, our industry and competitors, and our value propositionExecute on a high number of daily activities (Calls, emails, social selling, etc.)Connect with and qualify inbound leadsBuild and establish rapport with multiple levels of buyersUnderstand the prospects needs and effectively communicate how Roofr will helpPartner with Account Executives and collaborate on how to hand off qualified sales opportunitiesDocument various details including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next stepsMeet monthly, quarterly and annual quotasManage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfactionProvide detailed and accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain data hygieneAs part of a startup team, help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and help our customers navigate our tools with easeWhat Youinish Bring to the Role2+ years of experience in related roleHas experience in B2B Saas SalesSelf-starter, highly detail-oriented, quick learner, able to think on your feetStrong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approachAbility to take feedback, make adjustments, and handle objectionsComfortable on the phone, strong email writing skills and happy to handle objectionsUncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospective buyersFamiliarity with sales tools : Hubspot, Aircall, Intercom or equivalentsRoofing and / or construction experience is a plusBilingual (English and Spanish) is a plusCompensation PackagePerformance Variable : 33%EquityWhat we offer (US + Canada)1st week of employment is mandatory PTO.
