Cell Therapy Logistics ExpertiseManage the entire patient journey from screening through treatment across CAR-T therapies.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver therapies to patients efficiently and effectively.Logistics Operations Management : Ensure seamless transportation of patient products from leukapheresis collection to drug product infusion.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and training materials for end-to-end patient journeys.Oversee logistics providers for efficient patient material transport.Implement chain of custody and identity measures throughout patient journey activities.Support Clinical Manufacturing Organization (CMO) activities, including logistics and storage capacity management.Coordinate clinical sites as primary point of contact for scheduling and general inquiries regarding patient journey activities.Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience in biotech or pharma companies.About Us : Our company is developing cell therapies for serious diseases.
