About the Role :

We’re hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support a rapidly growing men’s health clinic based in the U.S. This team helps men experiencing low testosterone or weight challenges reclaim their health. You’ll speak with warm, high-intent leads, follow a proven script, and schedule them for consultations with our team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound dial warm intent qualified prospects
• Use a structured script to guide the intake conversation
• Schedule appointments and document call outcomes in the CRM
• Assist with light follow-ups and rescheduling as needed
• Meet daily call and booking performance benchmarks
