• Atividades :
• Realizar análise de risco de concessão de crédito para clientes PJ , utilizando Bureaus de crédito e as demonstrações financeiras das empresas. ( Balanço e DRE).
• Desenvolver e aprimorar as estratégias de crédito levando em consideração as particularidades de cada unidade de negócio, tendo como foco principal a gestão de risco , crescimento e rentabilidade.
• Elaborar Dashboards e reports de carteira
• Acompanhar projetos , frentes de automação e melhorias operacionais.
• Utilizar análises de dados estatísticos para identificar tendências de risco e comportamentos de clientes, de modo a identificar oportunidades de aprimorar as estratégias de aprovação / reprovação de crédito.
• Monitorar a performance das políticas, sugerir ajustes e melhorias
• Estruturação e automação dos processos utilizando web scraping, querys, vba, python, kodular, macros, e implementando querys para executar os relatórios via VBA e Power query.
• Pré - Requisitos :
• Graduação completa em Administração, Análise de Sistemas, Matemática, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
• Experiência em análise de crédito de PJ, alta capacidade de analítica e quantitativa.
• Inglês Intermediário será considerado um diferencial
• Pós Graduação em áreas de exatas serão consideradas como um diferencial.
