About the Role

Your mission : capture real customer wins and turn them into daily content across ads, social, and email. This role owns the proof-fed Ad Factory that delivers “more, better, new” creatives every week.

What You'll Do

  • Harvest Proof : collect screenshots, testimonials, videos, reviews, and milestones weekly.
  • Build Ads : use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, Claude, OpusClip, Canva AI) to write hooks, edit clips, and assemble 10–50 ad variants / week.
  • Publish Daily : post proof-driven content on FB, IG, YT, TikTok, LinkedIn + send 2 emails / week.
  • Track Performance : monitor creative winners and cost per engaged lead.

  • 70 % + of content sourced from actual customer wins

    • You Are

  • A fast executor who loves shipping daily
  • Skilled at short-form editing (CapCut / Descript / OpusClip)
  • Comfortable writing short copy (hooks / CTAs / captions)
  • AI-native — you already use ChatGPT or Claude in your workflow
  • Organized, fluent in English, and hungry to learn
