About the Role BestLyfe Group (BLG) is on the hunt for a world-class Brand Storyteller — someone who lives and breathes content, strategy, and data.
You'll be the creative force behind the social presence of three powerhouse brands :
Dustin Lunde (our fearless founder)
Lyfe by the Horns (our unapologetically real podcast and brand)
BestLyfe Group (our marketing agency changing how businesses grow)
Your mission?
Build authority, drive engagement, and make people feel something when they see our content.
You'll co-create strategy with leadership, manage execution across every platform, and bring the kind of creative energy that makes people stop scrolling and start following.
This isn't a "post pretty graphics and call it a day" gig.
This is brand building at its finest — story, psychology, timing, and metrics all rolled into one.
What You'll Do Develop and execute a holistic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Threads
Collaborate directly with leadership to create high-impact content campaigns for BLG, LBTH, and Dustin's personal brand
Edit short- and long-form videos, design graphics, and produce thumb-stopping creative assets
Write witty, on-brand copy that captures our tone — bold, self-aware, real
Analyze performance data and adjust strategy to improve engagement, reach, and conversion
Manage posting schedules and platform optimizations
Repurpose content across platforms to maximize visibility and ROI
Collaborate with our current editor during the transition period for consistent quality and brand cohesion
Who You Are A creative weapon — equal parts strategist, designer, editor, and storyteller
Obsessed with social media trends, but smart enough to know when to lead instead of follow
Fluent in Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut, and capable of building content that looks as good as it performs
Analytical enough to make data sexy — and creative enough to turn insights into action
A self-starter who thrives in autonomy, takes initiative, and communicates like a pro
Hungry, curious, and coachable — talent and drive matter more to us than titles or years of experience
