Senior Comercial Analyst (Exclusive for People with Disabilities – PwD) Location : São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid or Remote) Department : Data & Analytics We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our team.

This position is exclusively for people with disabilities (PCDs).

The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills, strong experience with Excel, and preferably knowledge of Power BI and advanced English.

Key Responsibilities : Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Excel and, preferably, Power BI .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Support the continuous improvement of data processes and analytical methodologies.

Requirements : Self-declared person with a disability (PCD) .

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably at a senior level.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools).

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Advanced English is a strong plus.
