Senior Compliance And Internal Controls Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Compliance and Internal Controls Analyst to work on-site in Cabreúva (SP) at a large industrial company.

Key Responsibilities : Review internal controls and perform process walkthroughs, focusing on improvements, efficiency gains, and deficiency identification;Plan, test, and report on control analyses (SOx);Monitor and review the implementation of internal control remediation plans identified by internal and external audit;Conduct training sessions related to internal policies, compliance, and internal controls;Support internal and external audits;Assist in the design and automation of continuous auditing processes;Support IT areas in preparing for internal and external audits, including SOx controls, digital compliance, data privacy (LGPD), and cybersecurity;Contribute to the development of policies and standards related to IT governance and information security.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or related fields;Previous experience in External or Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Risk Management, IT Governance, or related areas;Advanced Excel skills;Willingness to travel;Advanced English.
