Responsibilities

Integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside existing designers and engineers daily.

Develop, test, and maintain robust .

NET applications.

Leverage AI engineering tools (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, etc.) to accelerate software development.

Prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Orchestrate, validate, and integrate model-produced code into larger systems.

Implement code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.

Work through new and difficult issues, contributing to libraries as needed.

Maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Advanced English proficiency.

Four-year college degree required.

Meaningful experience working with .

NET.

Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.

Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.

Experience with database management systems.

Knowledge of cloud platforms.

Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.

Experience working on large, complex systems.

Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and consistently work 40 hours per week.
