Your role and responsabilities :

  • Be the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through their SAP journey.
  • Lead technical discussions , manage escalations, and ensure seamless delivery of ECS services.
  • Support SAP S / 4HANA conversions , migrations, and upgrades with deep technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Client Delivery Managers, Product Leads, and Architects to shape long-term service plans.
  • Drive innovation adoption , capacity planning, and landscape optimization.
  • Provide hands-on support during critical cutovers and IT situations

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Experience in SAP Basis & infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Migration and / or Upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with SAP RISE Migration and Enterprise Cloud Services is a plus.
  • Certifications in SAP Migration or Upgrade (ZDO method) are highly valued.
  • Willingness to support weekend cutovers when needed.
  • Expertise in SAP NetWeaver , high availability / disaster recovery architecture.
  • Familiarity with SAP cloud integrations (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on preventing downtime .
  • Advanced English .
