FBS Quality Assurance Associate

Location : Brazil / Mexico – Working Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (EST)

What You’ll need :

• Basic knowledge of manual systems testing, automated testing experience is a plus.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- validating the system against business needs.
• Able to read business requirements and understand system changes.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Can be the voice of the customer / end user in conversations with developers and other stakeholders.
• Communicating and assisting with responding to agent or vendor inquiries in order to troubleshoot and resolve problems reported.
• Will be working in different systems and vendor environments.
• Working daily Reports for Download inquiries.
• Will be working in our Rally -Agile Systems
• Additional Administrative Tasks that maybe assigned (Tracking information, updating excel spreadsheets, documents, etc. ).
