The Role

We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in building an enterprise-grade productivity platform for researchers and engineers. You'll work directly on production systems that power critical workflows for major enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy Next.js applications integrated with AWS services
  • Deploy Python backend services to AWS for production environments
  • Develop user and data management features across the full stack
  • Implement SOC 2 compliance requirements and security best practices
  • Work with RAG systems and LLM integrations to deliver AI-powered features
  • Collaborate on architecture decisions that scale to enterprise demands

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments
  • Strong experience with Next.js and modern React patterns
  • Proficiency in Python backend development
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, OpenSearch, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Docker builds
  • Understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures
  • Experience with production deployments and CI / CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 preferred)
