Business Intelligence Strategist We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Strategist to lead and mentor our team of analysts in creating high-quality business-focused content.

As a key member of our Content Team, you will combine leadership skills with subject expertise to ensure outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in team management and quality oversight.

Proficiency in structured file formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown is also essential.

Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts / Content Specialists.

Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Conduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency.

Provide performance feedback, training, and career development.

Requirements : 2+ years of team management experience.

3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain-focused projects.

Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
