Role Description
In this role, you will work directly with some of the most experienced and highly renowned bankers in the world’s most important and disruptive sector — technology — supporting and executing high-profile M&A and private capital raise transactions. You will be a key part of small client teams delivering the highest quality work product and outcomes to some of the most prominent technology companies in the world. We are not a 9-to-5 firm, we work late hours and weekends. This is a front-office position that is fully remote, and requires close collaboration with our U.S., Caribbean, LatAm, and other team members across the globe.
