Role Description

In this role, you will work directly with some of the most experienced and highly renowned bankers in the world’s most important and disruptive sector — technology — supporting and executing high-profile M&A and private capital raise transactions. You will be a key part of small client teams delivering the highest quality work product and outcomes to some of the most prominent technology companies in the world.  We are not a 9-to-5 firm, we work late hours and weekends.  If you are motivated, curious by nature and aspire to crush it in an ambitious setting next to other high performers seeking to build a world class investment bank, we want to hear from you.

This is a front-office position that is fully remote, and requires close collaboration with our U.S., Caribbean, LatAm, and other team members across the globe. The right candidate will have a relentless work ethic, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering precision work and unmatched client service in a high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment.

Core Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English
• 2 years of experience in front-office investment banking
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling and critical thinking skills
• Strong work ethic communication, presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving goals
• Bachelors and or / master's degree in an analytical field from a reputed college
• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news
