We are looking for a full-time, remote Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our U.S. client's DevOps team. In this role, you will fully automate provisioning, deployment, management, and monitoring for a rapidly evolving and highly scalable set of SaaS products. You will work closely with members of the DevOps team, alongside a DevOps architect, to ensure best practices are implemented across applications. This will involve leading teams on critical initiatives, such as CI / CD and enterprise monitoring, and supporting operational services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork.

Own and drive production system stability, respond to incidents, and improve reliability across critical servicesDesign, build, and maintain automation tooling to support internal teams and streamline cross-team workflowsPartner closely with Engineering, QA, and Services to scale DevOps maturity and accelerate deliveryLead efforts to improve system monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes for high uptime and resilienceMentor teammates, champion best practices, and contribute to onboarding, retrospectives, and trainingExperiment with new tools, processes, and metrics to continuously advance DevOps excellence organization-wideRequired Experience
Excellent English communication skills5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, preferably with ownership of production systems, automation, and reliability in complex environmentsDeep experience with production operations, incident management, and reliability engineering for complex distributed systemsStrong proficiency in automation scripting, such as Python and Bash, and modern CI / CD pipelinesHands-on background with major cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and AnsibleProven expertise with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog, in production environmentsDemonstrated ability to mentor others, standardize processes, and drive adoption of best practices across teamsStrong collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, and ServicesFamiliarity with DevOps metrics and frameworks, such as DORA metrics and SRE practices, and a passion for data-driven improvementCreative problem solver who thrives in a bold, influential, and caring team cultureTrustworthy, team-oriented, and transparentPreferred Experience
