Job Title : Account Manager

We are a fast-growing agency specializing in building high-converting Shopify pages for eCommerce brands. Our mission is to help Shopify brands convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering their ad spend. We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Account Manager to help us manage communication between our clients and our design / development team.
Role Overview :
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design / development team. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed. Your role is essential to ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery. You will also handle minor updates to client websites using low-code tools such as Replo.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
- Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
- Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
- Use tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks.
- Occasionally make minor updates to client pages using low-code tools like Replo (training can be provided).
- Ensure all communication is professional, timely, and aligned with the agency’s standards.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination (preferred, but flexible).Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup (preferred).Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.Knowledge of low-code or no-code tools such as Replo, Webflow, or Framer is a plus.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.High attention to detail and ability to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.Success in This Role :
The success of this role will be determined by how well you can manage client communication, keep projects on track, and free up the agency owner from direct involvement in day-to-day project management. You will be successful if :
Clients feel valued, heard, and confident that their projects are progressing smoothly.Projects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays.You are very proactive and don’t let too much time go by without getting back to clients, and our dev / design teamYou make sure the check in with clients daily while projects are active, stay on top of the accounts and projects eagerlyProjects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays.Communication between clients and the internal team is clear, professional, and well-organized.The agency owner is free to focus on sales and lead generation, thanks to your reliable handling of client accounts.You demonstrate strong organizational skills and professionalism, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.Compensation & Work Schedule :
Salary : Pays hourly (depending on experience).Work schedule : Part-time, 25-30 hours per week.Start date : As soon as possible. Preferably someone with minimal need for training, experienced in similar roles.We will start with a 2-3 month trial period to see if we’re a good fit and go from there
