• Position Overview

The Global Director, Ethics & Compliance reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Ethics & Compliance and is a key member of H.B. Fuller's dynamic global legal team.

This position will oversee the Company's Ethics & Compliance program, including updating and advising senior leadership on Ethics & Compliance issues and participate in strategic development of the Ethics & Compliance program to meet future Company needs.

The role includes managing 1-2 direct reports.

This individual will work with the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Ethics & Compliance, to oversee all aspects of H.B. Fuller's Ethics & Compliance program including :
