RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining relationships : Serving as a second point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

Providing support : After-sales support to retain clients and responding to client queries, communication with clients and departments (sales, operation, account receivables).

Promoting services : Understanding the company's services, suggesting company services to clients, and following up on opportunities.

Reporting : Providing regular reports to managers on the status of accounts and controlling and updating dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

MUST HAVE :

Communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to write emails professionally and politely.

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM.

Problem-solving and critical thinking.

Relationship building.

Adaptability and flexibility.

NICE TO HAVE :

Experience with customer service.

Knowledge of Zoho Desk or similar customer service management systems.
