Instructional Designer

About the Role
Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning materials to support internal teams and partners. The focus will be on creating scalable, engaging learning experiences for product readiness, systems / process training, and ongoing enablement programs.
This role requires a self-sufficient professional with strong creative design capabilities and advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate can quickly adapt, work independently, and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, and other instructional content using Articulate Storyline and multimedia tools.
- Manage multiple training projects, including systems / process training and product or solution readiness.
- Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to ensure engaging and measurable learning outcomes.
- Define content strategy and deliver final assets for publishing.
- Track learner engagement and performance, using analytics and feedback to improve materials.
- Stay up to date with instructional design trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in instructional design or enablement, preferably in complex or technical environments.Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (must be able to start with minimal onboarding).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong creative and visual design abilities to translate complex topics into clear, learner-centered content.Experience developing learning materials for internal teams, sales enablement, or process training initiatives.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and features such as branching, gamification, and assessments.Certification in Instructional Design or Sales Enablement .
