Full-Time Amazon Account SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our daily Amazon Seller Central operations.

Our ideal candidate will have advanced skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and providing top-notch customer service.Responsibilities : Manage and optimize our daily Amazon Seller Central activities, including account emails, messages from buyers, suppressed listings, tickets, and overall account health.Monitor sales performance, returns, and profitability, creating accurate weekly and monthly reports using Excel formulas such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP.Analyze competitor pricing, Buy Box performance, PPC spend, and customer feedback to drive strategic business decisions.Investigate issues independently, provide solutions, and ensure their resolution until completion.Collaborate with team members through regular video conferencing during work hours.Requirements : Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.Advanced Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formula-based reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to take ownership of tasks.High-speed internet connection and a capable PC.A positive, proactive attitude towards teamwork and responsibility.
