We are looking for a remote SR Technical Recruiter based in Latin America with 5+ years of experience and excellent English skills, who has a keen eye for detail and a knack for finding ways to get it done.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Talent Pipeline and candidate engagement.
- Conduct 1 : 1 interviews with qualified candidates.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Screen all the candidates and evaluate their fit for the opening.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Proactively conduct the full life cycle of identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.
- Collaborate with internal Resource Managers to ensure Velozient meets and exceeds client hiring goals, budgets, and performance standards.
- Assure accurate / timely issuance of offer letters and clean / effective transition of candidates to the onboarding team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED (Must Have) :
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Recruiting, with at least three years in Technical Recruitment.Proficiency in using social media platforms for networking purposes.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Familiarity with ApplicantTracking Systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.Preferred (But not required) :
