Chili Internship Program 2025 – Social Media Automation & Design

Chili is looking for design-savvy students who are ready to dive into the world of AI-powered social media automation . If you’re passionate about content creation, design, and leveraging technology to scale creative workflows , this is your chance to join a fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative environment.

Program Overview

  • Duration : Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
  • Workload : 6 hours per day
  • Openings : 2 positions
  • Start Date : October 6th, 2025
  • Location : Onsite – São Paulo

    • What You’ll Do

  • Create social media content and assets using AI-powered design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, etc.).
  • Build and manage automation workflows for post scheduling, reporting, and content distribution.
  • Assist in developing content calendars aligned with campaigns.
  • Work with the team to test and optimize creative variations using AI-driven insights.
  • Support in preparing visual reports and performance presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure automation enhances—not replaces—creativity .

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
  • Strong design background (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma).
  • Interest or basic knowledge in social media, automation tools, and AI .
  • Creative thinker who is also organized and detail-oriented .
  • Communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).
  • Curiosity and passion for AI, automation, and the future of design in marketing .
