Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), established in 1851, is a leading global merchant and processor of agricultural goods (also called commodity trading) with more than 22 000 employees worldwide. LDC reported in 2014, the Group started to rotate to Process harmonization, Global Organizations and especially Digitalization by opening a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Finance, IT and HR based in Lyon.

Together with the CoE, the LDC Groups created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes Systems and Organization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to :

• Lead the Finance Transformation of the group
• Digitalize LDC Processes and organizations
• Help LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best tools

In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiated a Global Finance Transformation and Digitilization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement). It consists into a :

As of 2025, implementations have been done in several regions, including countries such as Argentina, Suisse, US, China. The program roadmap ends around 2028 and will be followed by other transformations project on other systems.

The FPSO team consist into an international team of experiences resources with strong expertise in there domain. They act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions. They coordinate the different on-going project in the LDC world for their respective scope.

Main Responsibilities

The FPSO team is looking for FPSO Specialist Commercial Flows, who will be in charge of the one or more of the below E2E processes flows :

The FPSO Specialist Commercial flows will work for BOLD implementation in new countries, concretely in Brazil rollout (BORA Project), in charge of group of processes related to Commercial flows, as well as being responsible for scope and deadlines.

This role requires close relationship with our Business partners, other members of the Program, especially with, EPSO (for execution), IPSO (for Industry) and hand-in- hand collaboration with our DT&A departments and Front Office implementation team.

On top of his / her activities related to Global Finance Transformation, the FPSO Specialist Senior Commercial flow will help the group to switch to other transformation initiative (such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Block chain) by providing his / her functional expertise.
