The company has expanded steadily over the past several years, and we are preparing for continued growth. With multiple concepts and locations under management, we need a Senior Accountant who can help build the financial systems, processes, and reporting that will support us as we scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting and financial operations across our restaurant group. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing strong controls, and supporting decision-making with timely analysis. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to manage budgets, streamline processes, and provide insights that improve profitability.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll both manage the numbers day-to-day and help design the systems that will carry the company forward.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all accounting operations, including A / P, A / R, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support company growth
• Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures
• Partner with operations leadership to track restaurant performance and profitability
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to guide business decisions
