is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global network of plants, sales offices, and R&D centers for the role of :

General Manager Food Ingredients Brazil

Location : Greater Sao Paulo

This is a Business-to-Business position. Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Dried Fruits and Vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, not FMCG or HORECA sectors.

• You will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.
• You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.
• Develop strategies and formulate an annual business plan, market share objectives.
• Lead a larger team including Finance, Operations, Sales Business Development, R&D, and NPD.
• Develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities, implementing an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy, primarily targeting new product areas and emerging markets.
• Ensure profitable business growth and achieve commercial success.
• Possess a food-related degree or an MBA from a reputed institute, with 15-20 years of experience in the Food B2B industry.
• Be responsible for driving the entire business operations with a focus on top-line and bottom-line performance, increasing revenues and profitability.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

This is not a job for FMCG or Hotels GMs.
