We're now looking for a Talent & Business Consultant to join our team, someone passionate about career mentoring, B2B prospecting, and sourcing talent in a dynamic, tech-driven, and gamer-friendly environment.

Your ResponsibilitiesProvide support to individual users (candidates) and companies (clients) using the Mundo Gamer Jobs platform.Screen and assess professional profiles, offering personalized guidance and career matching.Actively prospect game studios, publishers, agencies, and gaming-related businesses interested in posting jobs or hiring talent.Create and send customized commercial proposals based on client needs.Manage the sales pipeline and recruitment cycles using internal tools and CRM systems.Maintain a high level of service with empathy, responsiveness, and strategic vision.Coordinate with internal teams (Academy, Community, TV, Agency) to offer integrated solutions.

Required SkillsPrevious experience in customer success, recruiting, or B2B prospecting.Ability to read and match resumes with the right opportunities.Excellent communication (written and verbal).

Proficient with digital tools such as CRM, task managers, and Google Workspace.Organizational mindset and the ability to work independently.Strong interest in the gaming industry and tech culture.

Preferred SkillsExperience with job platforms, recruitment agencies, or HR Tech.Intermediate English or Spanish (or both).

Understanding of gaming careers (developers, artists, testers, etc.).

Participation in gaming communities or events.
