What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collect on high-profile lines of business and resolve collection issues independently

Mentor team members and participate in User Acceptance Testing

Analyze aged receivables and lead AR Review meetings to ensure timely collections

Collaborate with internal partners to resolve unpaid balances and maintain B2B collection portfolios

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding outstanding receivables

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business Collection experience

Experience with complex payment reconciliations and in a large-scale ERP environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, including Pivot Tables and data reconciliation

Ability to work onsite at least twice a month in Eden Prairie, MN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with GetPaid or PeopleSoft Collection Software

Knowledge of accounting bad debt reserve and business bankruptcy

Experience working in a global organization

Familiarity with collection software tools and accounting software
