What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage a series of concurrent IT implementation projects from inception through successful implementation

Control project timelines, issues, risks, quality, and schedules while managing engineering resources and clients

Ensure project milestones are met and reported effectively

Coordinate closely with technical leads for quality assurance and development of engineering documentation

Initiate the billing process and project closure upon completion

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

Project management certification (CAPM, Project +, PMP, or above)

Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of legal tech applications

Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Client-facing skillsets and ability to solve problems with empathy and clarity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with legal-specific applications such as iManage, NetDocuments, and Office 365 Email Migrations

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM - Intune) and security products

Knowledge of AWS IaaS migrations and Azure AVD
