The CEO Office Manager ensures the smooth running of the CEO office, facilitates effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and drives the execution of key initiatives aligned with the company's goals.Key Accountabilities : Prepare, manage and coordinate LatAm regional meetings and follow up of issues that require continuityCoordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items from leadership meetingsMonitor the progress of strategic initiatives and prepare executive summariesOrganize and support strategic events, town halls, and leadership offsitesPrepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external useServe as liaison between the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders across the organizationHandle confidential information with the utmost discretionPerformance Management Accountabilities : Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of tasks and communicationsDemonstrate proactive problem-solving and anticipate the needs of the CEODeliver high-quality project coordination and follow-up on action itemsMaintain high standards of integrity in all interactionsActively seek feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvementSkills : Excellent organizational and time-management skillsProject management and multitasking habilitesHigh attention to detail and analytical ability.
