Job Responsibilities
Research and Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market research on Asian markets to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Perform competitive research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.
Lead Generation :
Identify and qualify potential affiliates and business partners within target markets across Asia.Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective affiliates, tracking outreach progress and follow-ups.Outreach and Communication :
Proactively initiate contact and establish relationships with potential affiliates and business partners.Manage initial outreach, clearly communicating our company’s value proposition to prospective partners.Reporting and Collaboration :
Regularly report on progress, including research insights, outreach results, and onboarding statuses.Collaborate closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies and achieve team goals.Requirements
Fluency in Japanese language is a mustFluency in EnglishAt least one year of experience in lead generation or business development.Strong Network : Ability to leverage an existing network of contacts to expedite outreach and salesCommunication Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-Starter : Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment, with the motivation to consistently drive results.Qualification that can be a plus :
