Japanese Business Developer

Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.

Now we look for a Japanese Business Developer to join our Growth Traffic team

Job Responsibilities

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research on Asian markets to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Perform competitive research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential affiliates and business partners within target markets across Asia.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective affiliates, tracking outreach progress and follow-ups.

Outreach and Communication:

• Proactively initiate contact and establish relationships with potential affiliates and business partners.
• Manage initial outreach, clearly communicating our company’s value proposition to prospective partners.

Reporting and Collaboration:

• Regularly report on progress, including research insights, outreach results, and onboarding statuses.
• Collaborate closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies and achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese language is a must
• Fluency in English
• At least one year of experience in lead generation or business development.
• Strong Network: Ability to leverage an existing network of contacts to expedite outreach and sales
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-Starter: Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment, with the motivation to consistently drive results.

Qualification that can be a plus:

• Proven track of overachieving KPIs in Business Development or Sales positions.
