About The RoleThe Product Manager for Elfie Research will design and deliver study-specific product experiences that align with clinical protocols while keeping participants engaged.

You'll bridge clinical science and user behavior—customizing Elfie's features to support data collection, adherence, and study success.

By combining research rigor with user-centered design, you'll ensure each study is both operationally sound and impactful.What You'll Get Permanent Global Contract- With a competitive salary Private Healthcare- From day one Top-Tier Tech Setup- Brand new MacBook + full onboarding kit Career Growth Framework- Clear, personalised, and fast-moving PTO + Public Holidays- Real time off Hybrid Working- 3 days in the office per weekWhat You'll DoOwn the end-to-end product execution for clinical studies run through Elfie, ensuring each study is flawlessly designed, launched, and tracked to meet scientific and operational objectivesBridge the clinical and consumer worlds by translating study protocols into engaging, user-friendly product experiences that align with patient needs and behaviorCustomize Elfie's features—including health programs, wellness journeys, and engagement mechanisms—to meet the specific requirements of each research protocolCollaborate closely with clinical researchers, scientific advisors, and external study partners to ensure product compliance with study standards and ethical guidelinesWork directly with the internal Elfie Research business unit to support broader goals such as generating publishable outcomes and advancing Elfie's scientific credibilityDefine study-specific product flows and data tracking logic, aligning with clinical endpoints, compliance needs, and user retention goalsEnsure on-time delivery across cross-functional teams including product, content, engineering, data, and operations to meet study launch and reporting milestonesContinuously improve the research product experience, leveraging user insights and operational feedback to strengthen adherence, data quality, and study successWhat You'll NeedProduct & project management5+ years of experience in product or program management, ideally in digital health, clinical research, or healthcare technologyProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scoping to execution, under strict timelinesDemonstrated experience delivering user-facing features or workflows with measurable outcomesClinical study understandingStrong familiarity with clinical study protocols, trial phases, and compliance considerations (GCP, informed consent, etc.)Experience working with or supporting clinical operations, digital health research, or patient-centered trials is a strong plusUser-centered product thinkingAbility to translate scientific requirements into intuitive, engaging user journeys and behavior-supportive product flowsSkilled in customizing existing product systems (e.g., programs, engagement tools) to align with research-specific needsCross-functional & stakeholder collaborationExcellent communication skills in English, with experience working directly with clinical researchers, external partners, and internal stakeholdersComfortable aligning product, data, content, and engineering teams toward common study objectivesTechnical & analytical fluencyComfortable working with data teams to define tracking frameworks for clinical endpoints and user activityProficiency in tools like Figma, Notion, and product analytics platforms is a plusPreferred BackgroundBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product, Public Health, Life Sciences, Engineering, or similar); advanced degree is a plusExperience in early-stage startups or health-tech environments is preferredWhy Join Elfie?
