About the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide dedicated sales and operational support to the Regional Sales Managers for Cultural Paper products in LATAM, with a primary focus on Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with paper mills in Brazil and a solid understanding of the Latin American paper market.

What You'll Be DoingSupport the Regional Sales Managers in daily commercial operations.Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and service.Process customer orders and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Conduct market research and prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation.Liaise with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to support order management.Contribute to market insights and process improvement initiatives.

• ? What You Bring4–5 years' experience in the paper industry, ideally from a Brazilian paper mill.Strong understanding of the LATAM paper and packaging market.College degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage).

Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
