Amazon Ads Manager Intern - Remote

As an Amazon Advertising Manager Intern you'll be responsible for bringing more new leads to our brand stores You'll be the driving force of the advertising team, being responsible for the creation and management of new and existing marketing campaigns.

This is an amazing opportunity to come in and work with a very young team - average age 29 - to develop and execute an advertising strategy for increasing the revenue of our brands. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot about advertising, marketing, and the world of startups in general.

Your role will mainly be a PPC function. As we are a small team, you will be exposed to every part of the advertising process and you will have the opportunity to work on a marketing plan from day 1.

Who We Are

Founded by a former Amazon sales manager and two Forbes under 30, Italian Craftory specializes in launching, growing, and managing brands on Amazon, with particular reference to foreign markets, from the United States to Europe. All of your colleagues are foreigners, so it's essential that you have a good command of English.

The company supports selected partner companies in growing on e-marketplace channels : our clients include both large companies, such as listed companies and already established brands, as well as small and medium enterprises, which we help transform products into Amazon best-sellers in just a few months.

We have active projects in over 7 countries worldwide and are now aiming to expand our client base, particularly of Italian companies, which we believe still have a lot of potential in terms of internationalization.

What Will You Do

• Set up and manage ad campaigns on Amazon, continuously optimizing product listings for best practices, conversion, and increased return : pictures, copywriting, keyword, title, bullet points, A+ Content, product descriptions, Storefront, and so on;
• Develop strategies to improve the organic ranking of our products, including continuous keyword and competitors research, identifying targets and opportunities to grow sales for our brands;
• Manage Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, and product promotions for new product releases and events, optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve sales and margin goal;
• Monitor ad performance across multiple brands. Understanding why ads perform as they do, and making adjustments to maximize successful campaigns and cutting or modifying unsuccessful campaigns;
• Prepare monthly meeting notes to review marketing and advertising performance, tracking KPIs and pinpointing issues, to plan goals for the succeeding months;
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and quality of Product Detail Pages and listing, occasionally resolving issues with Amazon Seller and Vendor Support;
• Coordinate with Marketing and Finance team on campaigns and promotions to support go-to-market strategies, and presenting budgets and capital requirements to execute campaigns;

Be dedicated to self-improvement by reading, listening to, or watching material related to Amazon PPC, and the ability to describe new strategies to the team and implement those strategies.

What will you learn

• How to develop effective paid search strategies, launching and optimizing various PPC campaigns;
• How to do keyword research and selection, competitor research, campaign builds, and audience targeting;
• How to analyze online search volumes and the growth trend for certain keywords of interest;
• How to navigate the Amazon Advertising ecosystem, learning about Amazon Marketing and Brand Analytics, the types of ads and how they work, Amazon Seller and Vendor Central;
• How to create highly segmented campaigns across all ad types, acquiring knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and strategies within each;
• How to figure out which marketing metrics to aim for (e.g. ACoS, ad spend) based on the company’s business strategy;
• How to use analytics tools to analyze, interpret and visualize data to maintain ACOS, grow ad spend sales, and company metrics;
• How to monitor and produce budget reports and bids to gain better ROI;

How to define an advertising strategy for all stages from ideation to marketplace listing, including a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and finance teams.

The Long Term

We are cool if you’re not our Amazon Ads Manager intern forever, but we want someone who will do this job happily and with great focus for at least 6 months. If you perform well, we would love to turn your internship into a full-time job as Amazon Ads Junior Manager .
