About the Role :
The HRBP for FTIC team is responsible for supporting the growth of our Warehouse and Logistics operation in South America. You will mainly support our warehouse operation in Guarulhos and work with a multicultural team from different levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in business strategic planning for the South America fulfillment region, develop HR strategies that adapt to local business needs, and drive implementation to support rapid business expansion and sustainable development.
- Assist business departments in formulating employee learning and development plans based on talent capability structure, including cross-cultural onboarding training, professional skills enhancement programs, high-potential talent acceleration plans, and leadership development for managers.
- Support senior HR team members on training, analysis, and other daily activities.
- Promote the integration of global and local cultures, plan cross-regional team collaboration projects, and strengthen the cohesion of multicultural teams.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience; experience in large warehousing logistics / manufacturing or supporting multinational teams is preferred.Fluent in English and Portuguese.Excellent customer orientation and service awareness.Good communication skills, logical clarity, strong ability to work under pressure, and adapt well to fast-paced international work environments.Ability to work full-time on-site in our warehouse operation in Guarulhos.
